Gourmet
Menu For A Hot Bride
by Suzanne Dansereau
The two of you were on a
weekend trip in New York and you are hiking in Central Park
on a hot and sunny day; you decide to take a break. When you
are sufficiently rested, you want to find The Central Park
Zoo. You are carefully studying a map for directions;
looking for your boyfriend, you finally look up and find him
down on one knee.
Both of you decide on a Spring Wedding - 8 months away - and
the first thing that comes to your mind is: I want to BE A
HOT BRIDE and I need to lose some weight.
You have been on diets before and they have not worked for
you. You have starved yourself, done fad diets, drank only
water for a few days, added cinnamon, maple syrup, etc. You
have done it all and you know exactly where this leads you.
This time you are determined to do it right and you go on a
quest to learn about a program with lasting results; You
discover how cleansing your body of toxicity would not only
help you reduce your weight but also support you with
strength to deal with the stress during those preparation
months leading to your wedding. You already see yourself as
a hot bride.
After only a few months on your program to become a hot
bride, you have changed your lifestyle habits and have
achieved your goals. Not only do you look good but you feel
incredible. Now it's time to plan a menu for the reception
with a caterer. However, your outlook about good food has
changed and you want to offer your guests a gourmet meal
which is at the same time composed of healthy food.
You have chosen your caterer with care; before hiring
anyone, you had a conversation with your potential caterer
voicing your vision of the food you want to serve to your
guests. When you find the person that share your goals,
don't be surprise to become aware that healthy choices do
not preclude you have to sacrifice taste!!! Even with
Gourmet Food. The trend is for simplicity and exciting the
taste buds. With the right caterer, the planning will be a
breeze.
Here
are some tips that will help with that:
• He or she may suggest to offer two choices for the main
meal if you're having a big wedding: a fish and white meat;
• And if you are having a small wedding you may want to take
into account people's possible health challenges.
• Include fresh local vegetables, if possible, before and
with the main course.
• If you decide to have wine, choose light wines to go along
with your menu.
• Make sure purified water is on every table during the
meal.
• Plan a cake that doesn't have icing; small cream puffs
stuffed with light cream make a beautiful sculpture piece
and tastes wonderfully gourmet.
• Have Fresh fruits offering with the cake.
• And last, but not least, offer gourmet teas along with
organic coffee.
Everyone will rave about the food you offered at your
wedding reception. However, you are going to be the focus
and people will ask: "How did you get to be such a
hot
bride?" When you tell them your secret, your guests
will understand how your new healthy lifestyle has
influenced your choices for a world class menu. And they
will congratulate you.
