Every bride dreams of being, " The Belle of
the Ball". Why not make it a time to make some important
changes in our lives? We all want to be healthier.
From the bride herself, the bridesmaids, the maid of honor
to the mother of the bride, everyone in the bridal party
wants to look their best. So why not get together and
encourage one another? You already share allot, why not
share better health?
How about starting up a Bridal party weight loss
challenge?
Include everyone from your Bridal Party, the guys as well as
the girls. The goal of this challenge is to look better and
of course really get healthier. You can all help each other,
with the focus on the bride to be. You want to make sure
that you all support each other, especially the bride. After
all, eyes will be mostly on all of you on the wedding day.
Finding the right program or programs:
You want to find a program that will help you all achieve
your goals. Because your Party is made up of a variety of
people, you need a program (or programs) that will suit
everybody. Consider Nutritional Cleansing as a way of
improving your health. Everyone can choose a different
program based on his or her personal goals: weight loss,
reducing stress, or over all physical health.
With Nutritional Cleansing, you are putting the emphasis on
improving your health not weight loss. You will release
toxins and this will enable your body to work better.
Some of the side effects of Nutritional Cleansing are: *
Better sleep * Weight loss * Increased energy * Reducing
stress/anxieties * Better stamina * Rebuilding of lean
muscles
Everyone in the Bridal Party can benefit from one or some of
these side effects.
Setting your goals
The second most important thing to remember is to set up
goals. Every member of the Bridal Party Challenge should
have his or her own individual goals. In setting up the
goals, work from the wedding day back to today.
Break down the main goals in smaller goals. Goals are
measured by weight loss, inches lost, distance one can walk
or run, quit smoking, even reducing amount of caffeine....
Celebrating all your success
Set up specific dates for the smaller goals, milestones.
Make those dates match for everyone in the bridal challenge.
This way, everyone can celebrate these milestones together.
This then becomes a journey that you all share together. You
will all cherish this for years to come. Your bridal party
will be so much more involved within the wedding experience.
It will be the start of a new life for everyone involved.
